This is a two bay, non-drive through Tanker Station, housing Winmalee Pumper and 1 Alpha. Winmalee PC is housed in a separate structure on site that also contains a workshop for the maintenance and repairs. Winmalee Bravo is house in a satellite station to Winmalee, situated near the end of Singles Ridge Road, Yellow Rock

In full use during a campaign fire and has been used to cater for up to 500 or so fire fighters at any one time

The Main Hall
The hall is used generally for meetings, training and activity briefings. During fires, it serves as a mess hall for not only Winmalee members but also other RFS Brigade and Emergency Service personnel

The Station Officers Room
A recent modification, the room is used by the station officers in there organising of crews and manning the station in the event of a fire call

The Operations Room
A recent modification, it is generally used by the members to plan weekly activities and store the paper work required for running the station. During the 2002 Black Christmas fires, it served as a Divisional Head Quarters for fire fighting operations

The Tanker Bay
Normally houses the "Pumper" and "Winmalee 1A", but during the large campaign fires of 1994 and 2002, it served as a additional cooking, storage and food preparation area to help cope with the additional number of Fire Fighters on the ground
